1 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the go888 platform and all its users. "Platform" refers to go888's website, mobile version, and all services included within it.

If an account is opened by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4 Account Security & Password

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions at go888 must be completed through the designated payment methods. Currently supported payment methods:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited.

6 Bonus & Promotion Policy

go888's welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

A wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn:

• Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in total bets must be completed.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the specified time limit.

go888 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotion or bonus. If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings may be forfeited.

7 Fair Play & Gaming Policy

go888 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply on our platform:

• All game outcomes are controlled by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is completely impartial.
• No game outcome is predetermined and no player is given any special advantage.

8 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the account being immediately suspended or closed, and the balance may be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

go888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of fraud or misconduct being found.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

You may also request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, unless there is an allegation of fraud.

10 Limitation of Liability

The go888 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. go888 accepts no liability for the following:

• Gameplay being disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical faults.
• Loss caused by a fault in third-party software or game providers.
• Account loss resulting from unauthorized access where the user has shared their own credentials.
• Financial loss arising from betting or gaming — the player is aware of the potential losses involved in gambling.
